Wild Camper Trucks: Sustainable luxury adventures and film nights under the stars

Looking for an outdoor holiday experience like no other?  Wild Camper Trucks offer easy-to-drive, plush 4×4 vehicles fitted with cosy camping pods and also an outdoor cinema screen, so you can experience film night, off-grid.

Father of two, Andrew Clark (42) founded Wild Camper Trucks in 2023 and says:

“My love of the great outdoors began with Scouting and Duke of Edinburgh Awards, and has now evolved into creating the ultimate wild camper truck experience. This business began as my side hustle but is quickly becoming my main hustle. The addition of the outdoor cinema to the already luxurious camper trucks just brings that extra wow factor. Whether it is nighttime Netflix or a romantic movie, this experience will make memories for life.”

The King sized bed offers plenty of comfort

The rooftop camping pods have solar panels, heating, a king-sized double bed, a cooker and fridge, a hot shower, a loo and many other features. The additional trailer option allows up to five people to sleep in comfort – and dogs are welcome too.

You get lots of jaws being dropped by just how cool this truck is. It got quite cold up in the mountains, but in a couple of minutes, the heater had the living space lovely and warm. We were surprised by how big the bed was. Standing height 5’11”, too.

While the Outdoor Cinema offers a touch of luxury

Andrew adds:

“I care about the planet, so I offset the CO2 emissions and donate to DEC’s Turkey earthquake relief (as my camper trucks are made there), scoto.co.uk and lakedistrictfoundation.org. I also support Trash Free Trails with a vehicle donation for a couple of their events and there are complimentary eco-friendly cleaning products supplied with each camper truck to ensure no nasty chemicals enter the water table.”

And the comfortable cab is perfect for journeys anywhere

Wild Camper Trucks is ideally located for adventures in Scotland and the Lake District, and works with responsible wild camping location finders to ensure the best experience with minimal impact to local communities or the environment. The trucks can be collected from Kendal or Inverness, or delivered to UK locations for an additional fee.

We had a great time driving around Scotland. It drives really well and is great for wild camping. The 4-wheel drive makes managing steep, difficult tracks a lot easier. Andrew was extremely helpful and flexible. I would highly recommend him and his truck for an outdoor adventure!

Wild Camper Trucks hire starts at £140 per night, with a minimum of five nights booking. Find out more and start your adventure at https://www.wildcampertrucks.com/
